IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR REGISTRATION:

 

Any course with L in the course number is a lab section and MUST be registered for in addition to the corresponding lecture section (unless otherwise noted in comment area).

For example: A student who registers for BIO 11404-02 Principles of Biology must also register for: BIO 11404L-02 Principles of Biology Lab.

 

COURSE MODALITIES:

 

Face to face Course:     Class meets face-to-face at a regularly scheduled time.

 

*Blended Face-to-face Course:     Online activities are mixed with classroom meetings (with a minimum of 50% required face-to-face instructional activities).

 

*Blended Online Course:     Online activities are mixed with classroom meetings (less than 50% of the course may include required testing, labs, or orientations that are completed in-person in a face-to-face setting).

 

*HyFlex Course:     Faculty must offer course sessions both fully face-to-face and online, synchronously and/or asynchronously. Students can participate week-by-week in either one or all learning delivery modalities.

 

*Online Course:     All course activity is completed online (there are no required face-to-face sessions within the course and there are no requirements for on-campus activity).

 

Multi-Location Synchronous (MLS) Course:     Faculty teaches face-to-face at one location while simultaneously broadcasting at one or more other locations via instructional technology. Instructor will rotate the face-to-face instruction between locations.

 

*Community College students will be charged an additional Internet/Hybrid fee per credit hour.
