Change Password Form

New password must be between 6 - 10 characters in length

and contain one capital letter and one number.

The password cannot contain the following special characters:

astrisk:  *

percent sign:  %

single quote:  '

underscore:  _

exclaimation:  !

Students - your UserID is your Student ID without the 'S' in front.

If you have not changed your password then it should be the last 4 digits of your SSN.
